As I look back at 2015 I had a great year! As most people there was some ups and downs but for me the downs encourage and motivate me to improve and make changes for the new year.
Here are some of my personal and business goals for 2016:
One blog post a week ( I give you full permission to call me out on it if there is nothing on my feed!)
Teaching one monthly workshop, lunch or learn or class of some type.
Reading one inspiration or business book per month
Host a blab session
Have more “Me time”
Do 3-5 workouts per week
Go back to 85-90% Clean Eating
